Doula Support

Evolve Materinty offers a unique service to Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas. Evolve has a cohesive team of doulas that work in tandem to provide support that is both consistent in emotional, mental and physical care to the families we serve. When you hire a doula through Evolve Maternity, you are not hiring one doula with a backup that you hope you like, who you may have only met once, etc., you are choosing two doulas from our team so that you can choose personalities that resonate with you. You get to know both of them equally so they understand your goals, preferences and how they can best support you. This helps ensure that you will have the support you need while not leaving it up to chance.

With the doulas of Evolve Maternity, you will find a friend in each of the doulas you choose and can take comfort knowing that when you begin labor, one or the other will be there to offer you the personalized support that you deserve.

Two Doula Support Package

When you choose Evolve's "Two Doula Support" option, you will have the opportunity to interview our team of doulas collectively and choose two you resonate with. They will both attend prenatal meetings to get to know you better, cover your goals and birth plan. This will ensure that both of them are knowledgeable about the choices you have made which will result in fabulous continuity of care. You will also receive the knowledge of both doulas as they answer your calls and emails.

Your two doulas will work on a rotating call schedule so whoever is on call when you begin laboring, will attend to you during birth. Both of them will also attend your post-partum meeting.

The "Two Doula Support" package is a great choice for the family who would like to develop relationships with two people who are invested in them and their birthing experience.

Two Doula Support Package: $1500

Single Doula Support Package

When you choose the "Single Doula Support Package," you will

have the oppertunity to collectively interview our team of doulas. This option allows you to choose the doula you would like to work with directly. It also provides you with the opportunity to meet the doulas who would work as a back-up in the event of an emergency. Meeting them in this manner ensures peace of mind so there aren't any surprises with who may attend your birth in case, for some reason, your chosen doula is not able to.

Your doula will meet with you during your prenatal visits to gain an understanding of your goals and wishes, to answer questions and help you write a clear birth plan. Your birth plan will be passed along to back up doulas in the event that one of them needs to attend your birth instead of your chosen one.

You will have dedicated support during your labor and birth and your doula will remain with you for up to an hour after your birth as well.

This package is a terrific option for the family who would like a dedicated doula to establish a trusting relationship with.

Single Doula Support Package: $ 600

Hourly On Demand Doula Support

Years of expierence have helped us understand the importance of hiring a doula early on in your pregnancy. A doula takes the time to build a relationship with you as you consult with one another to ensure your birth wishes are known and understood.

However, we also understand that sometimes birth sneaks up on you and you aren't able to hire a doula well ahead of your birth. This is why we offer on-demand Hourly Birth Doula Support. This is a great option if you end up facing an induction of labor, a c-section, or are in early spontaneous labor. With hourly on-demand support there will be no scheduled prenatal or postpartum meetings and no birth planning, just the hands on support you need during birth.

Please note that this hourly service is not a guarantee of support like our on-call contracted services but due to the size of our team, one of our doulas will likely be available to attend your baby's birth day and provide the labor support you need. This can be a quick, affordable solution for clients in need of immediate doula support given that one of our doulas is available.

This Package Includes:

Three hour minimum of Birth Doula support

Your doula will remain with you for up to one hour after birth to assist with breastfeeding, answer questions or concerns and to capture your first family photo

Additional hours may be purchased at the same hourly rate as birth support

*This option does NOT guarantee a doula at your birth

*If you call and less than three hours of support are needed, you will still be charged for the three hour minimum.

Three Hour Minimum of Birth Doula Support: $150

Additional Hours of Support: $50 per hour

Do You Need Hourly Support?

Please call us at 405-561-CARE (2273). We will collect the necessary information from you and confirm availbilty of one of our doulas.

When you pay the deposit of $150, our agreement for three hours of support will be confirmed.

When you ask your Evolve Maternity doula to arrive, she will join you at your place of birth, staying up to one hour after birth (longer if desired at the same hourly rate of labor support).

We will then invoice you for the remaining balance due. The hourly rate of support is $50 with a three hour minimum.

We work at ALL area hospitals and with any medical care provider. Certain hospitals will allow our team to provide cesarean support in pre-op, the operating room, and recovery. If you are scheduled for a c-section, please confirm with your OB that we will be permitted to join you, prior to making your arrangments with us.
