WindOM Yoga and Wellness is dedicated to making this space a safe place for love, peace of mind, reenergizing, and self-expression.

 

Our purpose at WindOM Yoga and Wellness is to fill each person who enters through the doors with love, peace, and compassion. This is a judgement free space and all are welcome from new beginners to experienced yogis and yoginis, we are one, we are all connected.

 

WindOM Yoga and Wellness offers both private and semi-private classes for prenatal, postnatal, children, and all humans at all ages and levels of ability and disability. 

Katie teachers a very gentle healing practice for the mothers-to-be. As a fellow mother, Kathie is able to guide you through a practicve that is designed  exactly for your needs and the needs of your baby.

Pre- and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is beneficial for both mom and baby. Learning how to breathe, connect, and let go are some powerful tools to have, especially during labor. Prenatal yoga can also help relieve the not so pleasant side effects of pregnancy, such as bloating, gas, aches and pains, ect. This is a great way to form healthy habits early on for both you and your family, as well as, getting back into pre-pregnancy clothing.

Prenatal yoga has many benefits including:

  • Helps mom to connect and bond with baby

  • Improves much needed energy and stamina

  • Breathe

  • Relieves aches and pains

  • Improves balance

  • Prepares the body for giving birth

  • Improves sleep

  • Helps to develop healthy habits for both mom and baby

5 classes: $75

10 classes: $120

20 classes: $200

Private Session Fees

Private Yoga Session: 60/hr
